DICE have started a new competition which allows YOU to make suggestions as to what you want to see in Battlefield 3.
But the twist is you have to do it in a creative manner, not just a simple suggestion, but as original as you can make it.
To take part, simply put a comment after this article with your original Battlefield 3 idea. It'll be sent across to DICE, and if it is chosen you'll get a prize straight from DICE. |

DICE is starting a new community challenge asking Battlefield fans to give us your feedback in the most creative way you can think of. We want to know what it is you want in Battlefield 3, whether it is game specific features, weapons, vehicles or anything! We don't just want you to tell us though. Come up with a creative and funny way to get your point across. The three entries that offer the best feedback will be sent a very special present after the release of Battlefield 3!

Before the news about Battlefield 3 was released we started a public poll to see what everyone's opinions on the game were. The results were interesting; 55% said they believed it would be the best game in the series, 22% said it would be as good as BF2, and only 6.9% said that DICE had lost their dollars and would not buy it. This is surprising given the sometimes vitriolic BC2 forums around the internet.

After the teaser trailer was released we started a second poll, this time we asked what you thought of the trailer itself. The teaser does not seem to have done a lot to influence people's opinion of the game, with only 32% now saying they think it'll be the best in the series (the majority selected "It's a teaser, I want to see actual footage").

Qpads have been mentioned a lot recently, especially by zh1nt0 who's been giving them out as prizes.
Well, the nice guys at DICE (i.e. zh1nt0) recently sent yours-truly a number of Qpads, plus a couple of other items, to give away as prizes for competitions. We will be running a few comps in the following weeks (more info to come) to give the Qpads away, however in the meantime I figured it would be interesting to show you what they look like.
Below are two pictures of one of the Qpads next to my personal gaming rig. To put the size of it in perspective, that's a 28" monitor it's next to.... I tested it after these shots were taken during a clan practise session, very smooth response.
